Newcomer Alix Page Delivers Powerful Message on "Frank"

At just eighteen years young, newcomer Alix Page delivers an absolutely breathtaking follow up to her debut. The SoCal native began her journey in music at the age of three, reciting songs for anyone who'd listen. She found her passion. She found a form of emotional expression and vulnerability within the world of music. Today, as a pitch perfect singer and multi-instrumentalist, Alix Page blesses us with her latest single "Frank".

Towing inspiration from Frank Ocean's "White Ferrari", Page incorporates her own life experiences of a summer romance ending sooner than expected. The feeling of losing love with no way of altering the outcome. She exploits the feeling of missed opportunity that eats away at every inch of your body until you feel like you've absolutely disintegrated into a trance of sorrow. Page explains that love is nothing to take for granted and time is of the essence while spending time with the person who makes you feel whole,

Frank is about a summer fling that ended before summer really started; it’s about a missed opportunity and desperately wanting more time with somebody”

While the storytelling is awe-inspiring, it's the songwriting that is truly astounding. Completely written by the eighteen year old, she proves herself as more than just a pitch-perfect voice behind a microphone. The writing is simplistic, but variations and orchestration of the instrumentations is nothing you'd expect from an aspiring star at her age. Alix Page is quickly on her way to becoming a name you'll see just about everywhere. Don't miss your chance on becoming a day one fan because in just a blink of an eye, she'll be making headlines.
