Over the past couple of years, we have slowly witnessed a revival of pop punk. Maryland native, conner, is the latest artist to give new context to these classic sounds and styles. His first two singles  "theme song" and  "recents" are powerful introductions to his sound and vision.  "theme song" acts as a defining statement on who conner is as both an individual and an artist. The track features a guitar driven instrumental and a charismatic vocal performance from conner.  "recents" similarly has pop, punk, and rock aesthetics, but interestingly incorporates hip hop drums in its production. These two tracks show conner's versatility as well as his inclination to blur genres.

conner's recent single  "bite the bullet" is a hard-hitting punk rock anthem.   The song sounds like it was pulled straight out of the late 90′s and reinterpreted for a new audience. The most attention grabbing moment of the track is conner's wild punk delivery and the catchy chorus.  "Full speed. Don't stop. Stepping on the gas til it's smashed out."

With  "bite the bullet," conner is confirming his ability to create music that exists in between genre. Despite each track sounding different, the common thread between them all is conner's rockstar spirit and aesthetic. Be on the look out for more new music from the exciting multi-talented artist.
